Makkedah Wells

The same oven and now more debris on the side of it and on the hillside behind it and under the trees has been dumped. I reported this a few weeks ago and nothing has happened. Actually a neighbor and I reported this. We are still waiting. Please help. What is really going on? Vallejo was always a clean city until fairly recently; within the past few years. It is getting really bad; especially with the rise of the homeless.
