I was 4th car in line to enter south bound Hwy 52, and sat thru 3 light changes because north Hwy 52 was blocked causing south Hwy 52 to be blocked. Also have seen 3 accidents and another 2 very close calls. The green arrow at the end of light's time does no good if lane is blocked by cars.
