    Tenants never take their garbage out and it piles up consistently. Landlord may take it out maybe once a month or so, but will not do anything to remedy the problem. I've complained to him multiple times as the garbage piles up it attracts animals that tear it apart. Aside from the animals and just downright gross appearance the garbage contains a lot of diapers which contain human waste! And on top of having human waste outside the door constantly they fill the recycling bin up with the diapers and other rubbish as well. And since they never take their garbage out they're now filling my recycling bin with their disgusting diapers and trash (as you can see in the pictures) and I can't even put my recyclables in my recycling bin. This is all absolutely disgusting and something needs to be done! Not only is it an environmental hazard to be throwing human waste all over is down right filthy, vile, and disgusting! And filling all the recycling bins with their rubbish and everything but recyclables is nothing but utter laziness!

    I rent the upper unit in a multi-family dwelling (a 4-plex) and the neighbor below and across the hall from me obtained a dog that not only barks, but howls, whines, and scratches at the door the entire time the tenants are away. This can go on anywhere from an hour to 12!!!! It is absolutely ridiculous!! I'm not the only tenant in the building who has made complaints either. My right to quiet enjoyment is infringed upon daily! I've called the cops, but the tenant just didn't answer the door. Calling the police was a last resort, bc this tenant has threatened me with physical violence in the past due to complaints I've made.
