    Road conditions on Maxroy are terrible. Road was resurfaced but immediately followed by demolition of a factory and they severely damaged the road. Plates and patches have been put in place but aren’t long term solutions.

    Corner of Maxroy and Eureka isn’t wide enough for heavy trucks that pass through daily. They are regularly cutting the corner and the side of the ditch is collapsing as seen in the photos. This will affect drainage. Either trucks should be restricted or corner needs to be widened.

    Commercial trucks are too big to make the corner and are constantly driving over the ditch. They are damaging the sides of the ditch and road, which will eventually impact drainage. Corner needs to be widened or large trucks diverted.

    The corner of Maxroy and Eureka is heavily trafficked by transports, and the road is not suitable. This results in trucks regularly driving over the ditch, which had a partially exposed drain under the road. The corner needs to be widened. Additionally, it is dangerous for pedestrians on the corner as there is no sidewalk and traffic moves quickly.
