There is garbage all in the yard and in a black garbage bin sitting at the gate overflowing with garbage. It is also unsecure plus has overgrown greenery which makes it very unsafe as ppl can hide. Just this week someone was shot and killed on the block and anyone can run in and out of the bldg or hide in the bushes. Children walk on this street everyday including during the school yr.

Street heading west has serious chunks missing that acts as pools when it rains so the street floods and unknowing drivers hit the large holes. Impacts about half of the block across from the McDonalds. Patching won't work....needs full repair and metal slates out until the repairs are complete.

Garbage is all over a gated yard and hanging on the gate of a boarded up 3 flat. The owner is not Maintaining the property or securing it to make sure ppl aren't hanging out on the property.

Lane heading north full of multiple deep potholes

At the intersection of 77th and Essex earlier in 2013, city road construction (maybe the water dept) tore up various streets in the area. After months of no work, they finally came back to resurface most of the streets but months later, never resurfaced the intersection here on on 77th and Essex.
