The street light on Pooler Parkway and Westbrook lane has been causing numerous delays and traffic jams because it is clearly on a timer and not on a sensor!! It holds up traffic for absolutely NO cars waiting at the light and it makes 6pm traffic a nightmare! I go through it everyday and it ALWAYS catches me for 30 seconds of no cars passing through. It is bad enough Pooler traffic is horrible on 95 side, the 16 side doesn’t need to follow suit with a worthless traffic light.
