    Issue: Timing Issue

    First issue is the green left turn arrow phase southbound S. Emerald Dr/eastbound Hacienda Drive seems to be unusually short, maybe about 5 or 6 seconds observed at about 9:20am.

    Second issue, same issue, green cycle for motorists on westbound Hacienda Dr lasting about 5 or 6 seconds thus causing backups at the signal obeserved at about 11:20am.

    Third issue, green left turn arrow northbound S. Emerald Dr/westbound Hacienda Dr turns green without any vehicles in the left turn lane to trigger the signal. Observed at about 9:22am.

    All of this was observed on March 29th, 2024.
