    Tuam street was recently restriped from a two-way street with one lane in each direction to one eastbound lane and two westbound lanes at Louisiana Street. The restriping did not include adding stop bars at the intersection, possibly contributing to a crash that occurred on 8/28/20. Please consider adding stop bars in both directions (where appropriate) where Tuam crosses Smith, Louisiana, and Milam streets.
