    Wilmot Brook, which runs through Hamden into New Haven has been blocked somewhere in the woods behind Beaverdale Cemetary and north of SCSU by trees, branches and other debris. The result is that it has risen 3 to 4 feet and is overflowing into my basement at 43 Michael Rd.
