There is no top to this. Someone could step in it and it's also a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Can someone come out and place a cover on this contraption please!

We are asking for the city to please finish a job they started on our property. The city came out to dig up a city pipe on March 2nd. They fixed the pipe and left a large hole in our driveway for a week or so, then they came back to fill it with rocks?! We haven't had full access to our driveway for over a month. It was reported and someone from the city came out on April 4th to ask about it and said it should have been taken care of weeks ago. Days later and still nothing...

Can the city come and spray? The mosquitos are really bad! :(

The city came out to dig up and fix pipes in the area between the sidewalk and the street to handle a flooding issue after several months of dealing with sitting water. One giant hole turned into several and when it was time to put the yard back together I don’t think enough sod was ordered. Our yard has many dirt patches that weren’t previously there. There are also flags sticking out of the ground(not sure if they are done?) and there is a long black cable sticking out from the ground. The ground is also bumpy and not level now and there is a top missing to some dug in box in the ground which is a safety issue if someone were to step in this. Asking if all these issues can please be addressed and fixed?
