I'm wondering why the red light for a right turn at Portsmouth Blvd and Market Street has been changed to a red arrow? That's not a dangerous area to make a right on red; the visibility is very good. Have there been a lot of accidents there? We've lived on Shearwater Drive for 11 years and haven't been aware if there have been.
Also wondering why there's a red arrow to turn right onto Portsmouth Blvd. from Market Street. Most of the time that's a safe turn, but it's even red when traffic can exit PB onto MS.
