    The homeless have taken over the street the amount of trash here is unacceptable and needs to be removed. We are infested with rodents! they are also tampering with the fire hydrant. We're are the inspectors? every Monday we are scheduled for waste management this truck cant turn from Russet into Moorpark due to the amount of cars, trash blocking.

    This car has been there for sometime there are people living out of this car and several others parked along the fencing. There are also drugs involved. But since I've been waiting for dispatch to answer for well over 40 minutes I dont know what else to do so I'm reporting it this way. Police needs to periodically drive by this street.
