    A new “speed bump” barrier has been constructed at the entrance of 19 W. Earliegh Heights Road and it is acting like a run off barrier and sending a large volume of water into the Bellemeade community via our entrance at Bellemeade Drive and W. Earleigh Heights. It is flooding property, the road way and completely washing out our school bus stop.
