    There is an avocado tree in my backyard that was already very large when the property was purchased last year. The tree is tall enough that it is angled over the alleyway and near the power lines and I was hoping that it could be topped to about half the height to prevent damage.

    The paving stones in front of the house were damaged and removed leaving a section of dirt. The rain runoff floods the sections of paving stones and have continually sunk. Request that stones are removed and an elevated sidewalk is in place to reduce flooding and erosion of adjacent roadway.
