This should be forwarded to the State of Ct as this intersection is monitored by them. At the crosswalk at the intersection of Shaker Road and Washington Rd a crosswalk signal on the south side was hit by a car and the button to push to walk is not working... Thank You

I put a complaint in back in November 2023 with the traffic division at EPD about the crosswalk signal not working correctly at the intersection of Moody Rd. And Elm Street. The Pedestrian image comes up when I push the button to walk at the crosswalk but the image quickly goes away when I am about 1/2 way through the intersection and the traffic light turns green for the cars to pass... This should have a timer counting down after the pedestrian image goes off before any lights turn green for the traffic.
After 3 months I walked this route once again and it appears that it still hasn't been fixed . This is quite dangerous for pedestrians. I called the traffic division once again at EPD and followed up with a call to Enfield DPW.
Now I am reaching out through here to have this fixed.. Thank You

In front of 74 Oakwood Street there is a continued presence of the road area breaking apart. In the past this area has had pothole repair many many times but that repair isn't holding up. This area is dangerous to kids biking, people walking and motorcycles.. The road really need to be repaired... pot hole filling here isn't working long term .. Thank You

On the corner of Woodland and Oakwood Streets there continues to be an area of the road around the stop sign area that is breaking apart, several attempts over the years to fix this area with pothole fillings is not working.

The corner of Woodland and Shaker Road once again has areas of the street on Woodland that pieces of the road are breaking apart, This is an area that has been reported several times over the past few years and any pothole repairs that the Town has done to fix don't last long... Thank You

There is a pothole next to the stop sign at the corner of Oakwood and Woodland. This is an ongoing issue that has been repaired many times..

as usual there is an area on the end of Woodland where it meets Shaker Road where there are a few potholes, That area needs to be addressed when possible , it's an ongoing issue there. Thank You

sidewalk area in front of Henry Barnard School was not shoveled after weekend snow / ice .. Sun is melting some of it but slippery spots remain Thank You

At the corner of Circle and Glenwood the street sign has been turned sideways due to plowed snow from street moving the pole, Thank You

I've put this request in a few months ago and it was not addressed, from the intersection Of Woodland / Shaker Road there are several scattered potholes that need to be filled in, also these lead all the way through 74 Oakland street . Thank You

At the end of woodland and intersection of Shaker Road there are several small potholes, This happens several times throughout the year. Thank you, The area of these pot holes are all within 20 ft of the end of Woodland and Shaker

A section was cut out of park street a week ago across the road. There is a pretty good ditch there that hasn't been paved over. Can a couple of signs be put up to warm motorcyclists that there is a bump there, The road is not lit at night and I'm afraid a motorcycle will hit that and possible crash. Thank You

The speed trailer located on Brook road close to north maple street has the speed limit sign(what people are supposed to drive) turned over on the top and the sign is not visible to drivers, It shows the actual speed but not the speed people are supposed to drive Thank You

The traffic speed trailer located on Elm Street near Walgreens does not have a speed limit sign on it to show what the speed limit is supposed to be as of Sunday afternoon 1/25/21 , It shows the speed people are driving but thats it. Thank You

There is a speed check trailer set up towards the end of Brook rd close to North Maple St. I was out walking Tuesday and Wednesday mornings this week and it didn't seem to be working, the sigh , 25 mph , was folded back

I put this complaint in 3 months ago and nothing has been done, I'm not sure if it's the town ,state or homeowners property but at the end of their property on the western corner of the property on the corner of Washington Rd and Elm street there are some very tall weeds growing, In order to see traffic traveling eastbound on Elm street it is necessary to pull out above the stop sign sign to see the traffic coming, In doing so the traffic turning into Washington Rd coming from the west has to swing around the car going out above the stop sign , can the weeds please be cut down so we can see traffic coming from the west and not have an accident.. Thank You

Large pothole right on intersection of Brook and Oakwood, Approx 6 " deep, been there for a few weeks....

I saw a previous post up about speeding on Moody Rd, Elm Street area, The case was "closed" the answer was to put a "speed trailer" there. How about you actually put a police car there to monitor the speeding? I have been complaining for 20 years about the speeding all along Shaker between Walgreens and to the intersection of North Maple Street especially the 50-60 mile per hour cars and trucks traveling along that stretch near Henry Barnard School,, You think putting a "Speed Trailer" will solve the speeding? Go back and check on the amount of accidents at the Washington Rd. Shaker Rd intersection

The area between the intersection of Glenwood up to including Woodland the street is so full of patches and repatched pot holes, large cracks in road that it should really either be replaced or at least the cracks filled in, the road is deteriorating and needs work
