There is a current drainage improvement project at this location. However, project has no means by which to accommodate drainage at this moment while work is in progress. Doesn’t the city require that drainage projects still allow properties to drain adequately while the construction project is ongoing? The inlet from open ditch into subsurface system is currently covered and blocked by temporary construction work. At 7.30pm it has rained 2.52” at this location.

Stop sign in Ashland, traveling south, at intersection of W 9th - only has one bolt remaining connecting it to the post. Sign is being moved by wind as a result and in danger of falling off of post.

Yard waste piled on south side of W. 9th between Waverly and Ashland. Was not collected during previous yard waste collection day.

Trash not picked up on West 9th between waverly and Ashland.

Traffic signals at. I-10 and Sheperd and I-10 and Durham (all "four corners") have recently changed timing. This is causing traffic to back up onto the frontage roads (both north side and south side of I-10) and onto shepherd and Durham. Signals worked much better with previous timing.

Trash not picked up in the West 9th block between waverly and Ashland on south side of street. Recycling was collected.

Stop sign at corner of W 9th and Ashland, northbound on Ashland, has been damaged. Needs to be replaced or fixed.

Ditch does not drain since demolition has occurred. Ditch should be cleared of obstructions to drain correctly. Demi work done by group shown in sign in pic
