Homeless encampment that is suppose to be cleaned on Thursdays turns into a literal dump by the next day. This is a huge health violation that is being ignored in our neighborhood especially during this pandemic. This needs to be addressed as a health risk and not allowed to continue. People can’t access the walk way between MacArthur and Santa Clara because tents and trash are allowed to reside here.

Red curbs need to be painted on the two corners of Kempton Way and W. MacArthur Blvd. Cars park on these corners block visability of trying to turn on and off of Kempton Way. You must swerve into the middle of the street to get around them. Also, people park here blocking the wheel chair accessible ramps. This is a bad street to have poor visability especially end of the day with Kaiser employees. Very dangerous.
