    Per the constituent, requesting an "Emergency Access Only", sign due to drivers cutting across the easement illegally f/m one side of Alteza Vista to the other side of Alteza Vista, however, the area is split between the two cul-de-sacs (w/ an easement), instead of going around.     Hello Ms. Medina, I was referred to your office by Daniel Lucero of Pima County Transportation. Our small neighborhood has a posted speed limit of 25 mph and an S-curve where this speed is excessive. The county performed a speed test through the area in February and determined that there is a periodic problem, but that they cannot lower the speed limit any further. Our HOA has received complaints from residents and is trying to prevent an accident between vehicles and/or pedestrians and bicycles. Please contact me to discuss the options we may have.
