Ron Barbas

I have no idea which category this falls under, but at the intersection of Powder Ridge and Holcomb Bridge Rd there is a hole in the road that is supposed to have a cover over it. The cover was lying on the road so I picked it up and put in on the top right corner of the "Riverwood Acres" subdivision sign to make it easy for the city employees to find. The water cap is circled in yellow on the attached photo.
