Tree line along the sidewalk of Franklin Street (north side) between Rivard & Schweizer are overgrown and causing obstruction. The branches are at eye level and pose a risk to walkers. The canopy of the trees are overgrown and hanging over private property. When the leaves are present in the warmer season, the leaves and branches impair the visibility of walkers and drivers.

Tree line on Franklin needs to be removed ahead of the Grand Prix. The sidewalks are not pedestrian friendly as the trees are not properly maintained by the City and branches are at eye level .

Location is 265 Riopelle, Detroit 48207. There is a traffic sign that fell and is laying on property. Please remove. Also on sidewalk there, two other signs have called. Please remove as well so sidewalks are clear. Thank you.

Work done on Woodbridge street by technology company (ITC) contractor. They dug up entire street and are going all the way to Riopelle. In addition to blocking all the building entrances and preventing normal course of business operations, this is how they “fixed” the sidewalks. What looks like Asphalt over concrete. This is a hazard and looks horrible especially since newly poured concrete was just put in a few months prior following the last Woodbridge road work. We request the city to order them to stop further work and fix this disaster immediately.

Vehicles parking illegally on a daily basis on Woodbridge in front of our location, 600 Woodbridge. Parking in front of our entrance poses numerous problems including emergency vehicles not being able to park at the entrance in case of emergency. Also, our tenants are blocked from entering. Following the repaving of Woodbridge street, parking meters and/or no parking signs have yet to be installed and this is causing many vehicles to park illegally and thus results in blockading issues. Please implement no parking and no standing signage in front of 600 Woodbridge.
