The owners of 330 Mendoza have placed these unseemly rocks in a public space where people are able to park. They have done this without the consent of the neighbors and in a rather unscrupulous and inconsiderate manner, all these rocks do is choke-up a neighborhood already suffering from a lack of parking spaces. Please help get these removed!
