My issue involves a portion of my sidewalk on Manor Street that is significantly lower than the rest of the sidewalk. As a result, water pools in that area, and, when the weather is cold, freezes. This is a popular area for walkers, and I fear that someone will slip and fall. Is it possible to install a drain?
