I called the police early this morning to report that a criminal action was taking place on the Alcala Street side of my home. Stolen car and two hooded individuals rifling through the ar. the police responded and chased them, but not before debris, clothing, paper, etc. was left and dumped by the criminals onto my property. This is private property.

There is debri and mattress and box springs. Plastic tarps and building materials. Work was being done to the house next door with a dumpster and the workers took it out and put it on my property
