    For 2 1/2 years I have been emailing, calling and having meetings with the building dept but very little action was taken. The garage ceiling above my car and under the pool deck has been cracking. Undocumented work along with unlicensed contractors, no permits all with the aval from Prieto, Building Dept. And some individuals in the police department as well. Hell yes, that is happening here in Surfside.
