    Overgrown tree not next to Chapman Farms clubhouse that is next to private residence. Tree Limbs go into street, almost touching residence, and causing damage to lot. Contacted tree service and was told this is a county issue. Note: NOT next to 1546 Chapman. This is next to 2700 Vergil court as indicated in location.
