Winter - Sidewalk Not Shoveled Archived100 Flagg St Worcester, MA, 01602, USA - WorcesterThis property seems to be a no-mans land and is never claimed by anybody yet it's in a school zone, directly across the street from an elementary school, and a bus stop. I don't know if it's the responsibility of the closest homeowner or the city but nobody ever shovels it. This was an ongoing problem last winter. Its very dangerous for those of us who walk or kids to school.
