Dark green caravan. That is not a tail light somebody is parked behind it in this picture. It has been here for about a week And has now accumulated some trash on top.

    Garbage getting in the street

It’s been 5.5 months and nothing has been done. The screaming is on going day in and day out, trash continues to grow, and sidewalk is still not accessible. I’m losing hope on this matter but won’t give up. We’re better than this Oakland

Watched this fire be left unattended while the homeless guy was inside the tent having episodes. This is pictured near a utility pole and the lighter fluid bottle was left behind too close to the fire

Nothing is being done, Oakland! Been reporting this since Dec and it has only gotten worse. The sidewalk is completely blocked now as the trash continues to grow. I watched a USPS mailman walk in the street to get around the mess to deliver mail, as well as a couple crossing the dangerous street to avoid the dump all together, and several individuals walking towards traffic on the street to get around the dump. Someone will get hurt, or even killed! He’s already caused a head on accident once, WHATS IT GONNA TAKE!?

Getting worse and the guy has issues, screaming all hours of the night. Having to wake up at 4am when he goes until about 2am is draining, cops can’t do much. Dolly and mattress are in the lane, cars can’t drive easily without hitting the objects, so must use left lane as result

This car has been here for a long time and hasn’t budged. Same towel on the headlight and pillows in driver/passenger side window

Nothing has been done about the abandoned trailer filled with trash (now green debris to mask garbage) for over two months now! The guy who owns it moved it from 24th towards 26th after having to change the tire for it to be mobile

Nothing has been done about this site and it’s getting worse! Each day the homeless guy collects trash and dumps it on the sidewalk/street. There’s a mattress now added to the trash and at night people dump around the site

The homeless man who owns the trailer dropped it off from 24th closer to 26th. I watched him replace the tire and drive it down the street in his small gray truck. The neighbors thought he was going to get rid of it but wondered where...now we’ve found it didn’t go far!

The dumping started in mid December by a homeless man. Just before the end of the month, he had his trash in the street which caused an accident with a truck swerving out of the way, crashing into a neighbors garage. The truck hit the now broken trailer. That trailer was empty and as you can see is now full of trash. The abandoned trailer belongs to another guy who lives in his blue van across the street from the site, who now has a new trailer. Since the accident, he now completely blocks the sidewalk and at night continues to spread his trash into the street and surrounds it with orange cones Causing cars to swerve out of its way. The public cannot walk on the sidewalk and have to walk in the busy street to get around the trash. This has become a common dumping site for the public and for the homeless man who is trash grows every day.

Homeless man started collecting things there on 12/14 and it is now become a common dumping ground. The sidewalk is completely blocked. At night he’ll put orange cones in the right lane to extend the trash into the street, causing cars to swerve out of the way. It caused an accident just before Christmas where a truck crashed into the neighbors garage avoiding to hit the trash/tent. 311 has been called and cops have helped move trash off the street but it’s getting worse. He has a garden hose that goes into his tent that he urinates in that goes out to the street.

The trailer full of trash belongs to another man who lives out of his blue van on the street. When the truck crashed into the garage swerving around the trash filled street, it clipped the trailer making it immobile. The guy went and bought a new trailer which you can see opposite of the street when driving. The original trailer had ZERO trash, and now you can see its overfilled from random people and the homeless guy continuously dumping in it every day.
