    The owners of the property listed Filled in and sodded over drainage that was dug by the county. The drainage was dug from years of requests made to the county by residence because of this exact flooding issue. The county addresses these issues as a cooperative effort to reduce flooding and erosion to roadways and surrounding residence lawns/property . When informed the owners of this property/ residence did not care. Just as they don't care about illegal mailbox placement. The drainage was connected to a ditch that was dug at the same time the drainage was dug, just outside the cul-de-sac this home is adjacent to. Both the ditch and drainage attached until these residence filled it, recreating the flood issue that eventually spans all the way up the the road in a hard rain. The residence care more about fitting vehicles illegally stored and operating a commercial parking lot on there property and being an imposition to there neighbors then doing the right thing and abiding. The gravel has taken the place of the grass at this point. This road was paved by the county only a couple years ago. And drainage shortly after. A new road and the undercarriage of nearing mobile homes and the buried wiring such as cable and buried main electrical lines/utility lines/leads etc. Is being threatened as a result of these residence disregard for other people and neglect of the situation and oversaturation of the nearing grounds. Please address this issue

    Owners and possibly renters of this property, are using this lot to charge people money and commercially store vehicles without a license or permit to commercially store vehicles. I believe the limitation is 1 RV per property and must be owned by the property owner. Currently from the front View there is 2 Boats 1 RV and a Camper. The camper is also questionably longer with hitch. Each is also being stored to which I believe is to close, to one another, and not in legal parameters. There customers are at the residence all hours appearing at random day or night. to drop off or fetch or drop off there there vehicles boats or camper etc..
    They also use the property next door at the property they rent to others from at 5127 69th Way North to store the same types of vehicles. Currently at that property there is a utility trailer and another RV. It has gotten to the point to ware they have actually used the field pretty much adjacent to that property as extra storage space for even more vehicles. It has become a disturbance to the people that live around it and neighbors have also had these people customers using there yards to maneuver and turn around trailers RV's and Boats. There illegal customers give no regards to laws and mock other homeowners and tenants and continue to disrespectfully use others people property to maneuver there vehicles and show up at all hours to conduct Illegal activities. Please address this issue.
