everytime it rains the drainage ditch backs up at the corner of Hine dr and Rullman road. Even when we get a small amount of rain the water backs up across the intersection. Making it hard for people to find the street. the covert pipe the crosses under hind dr had been crushed from years of trucks cutting the corner. The covert pipe is nearly blocked on the other end with sediment.
