Repairs have been made without replacement of asphalt so rocks and dirt are eroding and looks absolutely horrible. Would you like to have to drive on this everyday?

We wanted to thank you for resurfacing and marking Chesapeake Rd in College Lakes. However, we had hoped that you would have been back by now to correct the way the storm drains were left along Chesapeake Rd. The most dangerous one is located at 5101 Cheasapeake Rd. Along with the others they could cause a serious accident for anyone walking or riding a bike could fall in the storm drain at night. Please come by and inspect these storm drains and see if they require some additional work to reduce the size of the drop off in the drain.

There is a large deep hole on the corner of Chesapeake Rd when turning onto Stacy Weaver Dr toward McArthur Rd as well as when turning from Stacy Weaver Dr onto Chesapeake Rd. These hole have the potential to cause damage to vehicles if they should hit these holes. During certain times of the day the sun is in the eyes of drivers and could cause an accident to on coming traffic if the driver hit the holes or trying to avoid them they go into the other lane. At the present Chesapeake Rd is under construction for resurfacing would it be possible to have these holes filled in to avoid a serious mishap?

This sinkhole is near the bridge on Chesapeake, in front of 5300 Chesapeake Rd, Fayetteville, NC. It is increasing in depth and size. This is a concern, as it is the main entrance and exit on the back side of McArthur Rd in College Lakes. Maintenance crews are in the neighborhood patching and repairing sights within College Lakes. Please advise if City Maintenance is already aware of this sinkhole and have plans to repair in the near future.
