Regrettably, my recent visit to bon-aire hotel revealed a lack of sufficient accessible parking spaces. The limited number of designated accessible parking spots does not meet the requirements outlined by the ADA, the FBC, and Florida Statute 316.1955. Furthermore, I observed instances where the accessible parking spaces were not properly regulated, and there was enforcement of time limits or restrictions by the parking staff. you said the city would monitor the trash for lid and service well it's not being done. they can pay for a private trash service I want a code inspector and enforcement to go enforce the code. please enforce your code and don't make lame excuses code plainly states cans must be in Ally.

I reported these trash and being out and sanitation did nothing there is now two cans out NOT on garbage day 2/28.How do we get someone who is going to do something. about it if sanitation will not do anything ? please assign this case to someone who will take action against these businesses if sanitation will not do their job. the code says they can't be out on days that are not garbage days like today who enforces the code?
