This is a deep-sunken (below street level) manhole cover that is a danger to turning lane traffic in both E & W directions on Weatherly Rd. While it can cause damage to vehicles & collect debris (angle-iron pictured), worse, it also encourages vehicles to swerve around it back into the center E/W lanes, or not use the turning lane at all. Road crews opinion is that it is uncertain what agency is responsible for addressing the hazard... maybe that's why it has been overlooked? Please advise who I should contact to solve this problem. Thank you.
