There is an Enterprise rental van that has been parked at this location (just east of the alley) for at least a week. To my knowledge, it has not been moved since it was parked there and I have not seen anyone using the van. In addition, although it is not a traffic issue, the van does make it more difficult to see traffic on Isabella when exiting the alley.
