    The property at 261 7th avenue north, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 Has bamboo that’s out of control and any time it rains even a little or it’s windy, the bamboo bends over blocks the alleyway we use to get in and out. For some of us it’s not easy to go the other direction due to how and where we have to park. It’s completely unacceptable that our cars have to get scratched every time we want to try and leave. Very frustrating. It’s not always like that so they may not see it all the time but it happens at least once a week or more w the recent rain. They simply need to cut it shorter. Period.

    In the alleyway between 42nd Ave NE and 43rd Ave NE closest to Cherry, there is a bush that is getting more and more into the street to where it's scratching my car as I am trying to get by it - I can't go the other way because the blading was done poorly (I have reported that too and no one seems to be willing to redo it - it's just "Oh well that's how it was done") which is TOTALLY flooded ALL the darn time. So it would be nice if we had at least ONE entry we could get through without a garbage can, a giant puddle or trees in the freaking way. Yes, I am annoyed. These roads and their maintenance are HORRIBLE. I'ts like there are NO Freaking storm drain. I guess there isn't anything to do about that either.

    No movement has happened on this request so I am submitting again with a new photo. There is a terrible flooding issue with the alleyway between 42nd Ave NE & 43rd Ave NE. The blading/grading is HORRIBLE. This photo is ONE time of my neighbor watering his darn lawn. This makes a HUGE mess. As you can imagine the mess when it rains during the Summer. This is a big concern for west nile virus and other stagnant water disease. We pay taxes for this stuff so can this please be fixed!!

    NOTE this is the SERVICE alley behind the address I submitted. There are no sewer or storm drains here. This is a pavement or milling issue. I have been reporting this (apparently to the wrong place but no one told me that they just took the complaint) since JULY. This becomes a breeding ground for mosquitoes in the hotter months (west nile virus anyone?) and on a regular basis is flooded when anyone waters their back yard! It is a mess and we can't even get to the trash cans sometimes when the puddles are bad enough. This is unacceptable and should be fixed. This is why we pay taxes right?
