    On November 1, 2023, we submitted Issue #15550523 on See-Click-Fix that the street sweeper made tire marks on our driveway when it either backed up or went into it to turn around. It has now happened again either last week or this week.
    Please stop this from happening. It should not fall on us to keep cleaning our driveway because the driver is careless or cannot drive the sweeper properly. There is plenty of room for them to back up, stay on the street and not enter our driveway. This never happened in the seven years we have lived here until last November and now it has happened again two months later.

    Last week we power-washed most of our driveway. Yesterday (10/31/23), the street sweeper came down our lane and turned around in our driveway leaving black tire marks that we are going to have to try to power wash off. Please tell the driver to not go into people's driveways. It is obviously possible to avoid driveways on our road since this has not happened before.

    The entire length of the Nature Trail has become treacherous to bike, walk and run on due to the numerous large rocks and pieces of asphalt that have surfaced on it over the years. What can be done about this before someone has a bad accident?

    Last Friday, October 13, while on the Nature Trail we saw two walkers that had been dumped. Not sure they are still there but, if so, they should be removed.

    Dead fish at the end of the lagoon that runs from Landings Way North (at the dog park golf cart parking near Wiley Bottom Road) to the far end of the driving range at the Marshwood clubhouse. Fish are at the end of the lagoon closest to the driving range.

    I put this request in 16 days ago (Issue ID: 12025252) and nothing has happened: When the palmettos, etc. were trimmed along the community path on Landings Way South between Yam Gandy and Black Hawk Trail last month, the debris was not removed. Please have it picked up.

    The common area between the road and the sidewalk on Landings Way South from Yam Gandy Road to Black Hawk Trail is very unsightly. Mostly it is just dirt/sand with a few blades of grass here and there. Brightview continues to mow it making an even bigger mess. Something needs to be done. Either grass should be planted or pine straw put down.

    Please cut back the row of Muhly grass on the median at the crossover at Landings Way South and Yam Gandy Road (the first intersection of these two roads before the Palmetto Club, not the second intersection of these two roads that is after the Club). Muhly grass needs to be cut back in late winter/early spring. This did not happen last year and, if they are not dead already, cutting the Muhly grass back might get them to rejuvenate.

    Yard waste was to be picked up yesterday, Tuesday May 5th, on Sleepy Terrapin Lane but it was not and is still on the street.

    A storm drain between #3 and #4 Sleepy Terrapin Lane is clogged. The drain is on the street at the end of #4's driveway on the right as you are facing the driveway. It's a drain with a grate on top of it. After the rain this morning, the end of the lane was flooded with about 6-8" of standing water for several hours. The water is gone now but the drain needs to be cleaned out.

    There are newly planted bushes in the median of Landings Way South between Black Hawk Trail and Sleepy Terrapin Lane. They look like they need to be watered.

    Someone ran into the mailbox post. The mailbox for #2 appears to be ok. Not sure, but the mailbox for #3 might be damaged. Once the post is fixed, it will be easier to determine if the #3 mailbox is ok or not.
