People fly down "c" street as a Main to Maiden shortcut.
People also fly down North Byers.
How can we get some rubber bumpers like 26th street has?

There used to be a rectangular metal cover over this hole that accesses the underground storm water system.
The cover is gone.
I'm afraid someone will walk, bike or drive into the hole.

3 lights are turning on and off.
East side of North Main,
between “D” & “E”

All street lights are off:
facing west 7th from Byers to Schifferdecker (north and south sides)
It's a whole lot of lights out.
Hopefully one switch or fuse will flip them all back on :)

3 of the 4 lights on the east side of Joplin Ave between 6th and 7th are out,

2 lights out in north public lot between main and Joplin Ave, between 5th and 6th

3 lights in south public lot behind city hall are out. One of them (801837) turns on and off. The other 2 stay off

2 lights out on Joplin Ave , between 4tg & 5th.

There are a bunch of lights out surrounding 4th and south Joplin Ave.
Ten (10) of them are pictured in this one photo. I'm hoping it will just be a fuse or something. Wasn't wanting to fill one of these out for each light out.
