    First, note that the address I gave is not my address or the address of the property in question. It was just the address of an adjoining property. My question / request is about Miller Landing--I am not sure if that has a street address.

    I am curious about "Miller Landing". Is this city property? A city easement on private land? Neither? I understand there used to be public water access here, but it is now overgrown and unmarked to the extent that I am not really sure exactly where it is, and definitely cannot find the water access.

    Is it supposed to be open to the public? Can vegetation management and signage be added to make it accessible?

    OK, no standing water. But I could not figure out what category fits. This intersection is VERY icy and cars are sliding through the stop sign. Needs sand ASAP.
