If possible could the street be plowed? 15 cars were towed from the street and I don't think the plows came back after that. Thank you

This suddenly appeared at the w d of the street.

The grass and plants on the sidewalk on one side of Irving road is overgrown and makes it difficult to walk on that part of the sidewalk. Wondering if it can be cut back and cleaned up. Thank you
