CEEZ Plumbing Inc is a business that uses 12886 Corbin st to park and place loads of heavy machinery parked on the front and back lawns such as forklifts, boats, trucks, plumbing equipment, construction debris, and dirt and gravel present. it has been there for 3 years.

The home on the left of 2201 Edsel possibly addressed at 2209 Edsel, is abandoned, boarded up yet constantly frequented by homeless persons and squatters. It is also an illegal dump site where several unknown individuals dump trash, clothes, furniture, and debris

A resident complained about the business on 2403 Fort st informing that their trash container is destroyed and often improperly placed blocking the sidewalk along with other blight such as 4 dumpsters blocking the sidewalk and a broken down car on the corner of Downing and Fort parked in the street. Virtually, this causes pedestrians including children going to school to walk into the street to avoid the blight.

Home on 2231 basset has cleared out the entire home and place furniture, bags debris trash in for of the yard and it missed bulk pick up day was on 09/24 in which the resident missed pick up.

A resident called to report a neighbor's home and blight pile up of trash, 3-4 washing machines in front and back of the home, dog waster scattered across the lawn, and dogs unkept around the lawn. Anonymously reported

The manhole cover is gone in the alley between Cabot and Oakdale, just north of Vernor. It poses a risk to the regular users of this alley, a car would need to get lifted out of this wide hole. Please replace!

We received a request from a Community resident that the bathrooms are not useable because of the dirty conditions. It has not been cleaned. Can the restrooms be cleaned regularly for usage. Also the bathrooms with running water are locked and unable to be used by residents.

Carlos reported that a neighbor's tree is very tall large and dead. the tree leans over Carlos's house and he fears it could fall and damage his home any day now. He reported telling the neighbor numerous times that tree needs to be cut down but the neighbor has not done anything to fix the tree on their property. Neighbors address is 1141 Mckinstry 48209.
