Street Lights Out on 1000 Block of N Honore. Both day and at night. Not sure if other surrounding blocks are affected as well. Please fix ASAP. Thank you.

Previously reported this issue. The streets are ON during the day and night for the 1000 and 1100 blocks of N Honore St. They are ON during sunny days. They are NOT functioning properly .

There is a No Parking Street Sign laying on the ground on the NW corner of Honore & Augusta Blvd

It is 1:00pm on a sunny day and the street lights are ON for the 1000 and 1100 blocks of N Honore Street. This may be associated with the new construction and road work being done at 1021 N Honore St PERMIT# 100563732

1-800-Pet-Mobile Company's White Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van has been parked on same spot on street possibly with no residential parking zone sticker for over a week. It has NOT moved. www.aussiepetmobile.com

Graffiti on Augusta Side of Building

On brown metal painted door of property is graffiti at southwest corner of Winchester & Augusta

Multiple potholes in street by Club Lucky Foot as well as by manhole cover near alley. The potholes are growing in depth and width.

The street going from Augusta Blvd to the entrance ramp to 90/94 is ridden with a long line of very deep pot holes.

There are many little potholes and one large one on the south end of this block.

There are several pot holes growing in the south end of the 1000 block of N Honore Street.

Please fix the alley between the CVS and Aldo FootWear along Ashland where the NW Blue Line entrance is. The alley is uneven, creating flooding and tripping hazards. Its been this way since I moved into the neighborhood in 2005 and nothing has been done. It builds up with rain and snow puddles. It can't be easy to cross if you are in a wheelchair or have a stroller with kids either.

The word "Fle_" (not sure about the last letter) has been graffiti 'd in black onto the Stop Sign at the intersection of Honore & Haddon.
