    they tear down the grass of the houses when the city will take action by parking in other people's houses

    I have written the city code compliance many times but the car repair business continues
    especially on a holiday weekend such as this 4th of july weekend. When they know there is no one to check the violators they do their business of repairing cars
    Since the city does not enforce
    any consequences on the violators and I have sent many photos along with my letters . I may
    have to turn to channel 9 to see if this can be stopped. I pay taxes like all the people in St.
    Petersburg and would like to reside in my neighborhood as it was prior to these people
    moving in and using their front yard as a repair shop.

    I can not believe, if I put my car in the grass the city notifies me, now in this house and the days, and the city does not see it.

    noise until midnight sometimes later. This past Sat May 4th my car was hit
    while parked in front of my home across the street at 1331 53rd ave n in St.Petersburg at approx. 5:30 while I was inside the house and the car that did
    the damage took off, so I have only a suspicion as to the party responsible. The
    police were called to take a report while the noisy party was in action. Possisbly
    alcohol involved at these weekend parties

    residents using home to repair cars on weekends
    and sometimes during the week. At night cars
    towed to home to be repaired, Using trash containers that belong to the empty house next door and using empty house driveway for parking.
    Possibility they are getting into the empty home. Neighbor received letter from city about
    recyle container being left for days and wasn't
    his container. We have many photos of all the
    things we have written about and more but do
    not have the knowledge to include with the report but we do have the proof.
