    There is a local business vehicle that uses Sunshine Lane as their personal parking spot. It is always there and makes it difficult to use the road. Are we all allow to park here for many hours a day?

    Can someone revisit the alley about the fencing that should be removed or pushed back. The bottom supports are sticking too far in the alley, the bracing bags are all over the place. There is always a car parked illegally, facing the wrong direction. The alley is getting lots of use since rode construction is taking forever and the parking spots are now bus stops. There is a huge office building and no place to pick up and drop of occupants. Why is this vacant land allowed to look like this in the heart of downtown?

    Very deep and wide pot hole on east side of the hump in the middle of the alley. Really don’t understand the point of the huge hump either.
