    I would like for a traffic study/ traffic signal revision to be performed at Martin Rd and Whitesburg Drive. Most particularly, headed Northbound on Whitesburg & going into the turn lane for Martin Road. The left turn signal turns green at the end at the straight cycle, so I have gotten stuck waiting through 2 light cycles in times of heavy traffic. Also, in times of light traffic, I've had to wait a couple minutes to turn left to the signal being red (if it were green, 10-15 cars could have went through). If the turn signal turned green before the straight signal and displayed a flashing yellow during the green straight signal, I believe it would eliminate congestion in that intersection.
