    Street gutters overflowing on Glenwood Glade, parallel to Hwy 13. This is an annual recurring issue. Water pooling ~ 6 inches deep and overflowing down the street. New problem 30 feet "down stream" is a "sink hole" 3 feet in diameter and 3 feet deep...tunneling under asphalt. I placed an orange cone to divert drivers. Safety issue!!!

    This is an ongoing yearly "flooding" due to debris clogging drainage. Location: near 263 Glenwood Glade and just below Hwy 13.
