At the intersection of N Campbell Ave & Manzanita Ridge Pl the walking path (and ADA Detectable Warning Surface Tile) has been covered in several inches of sand for a few months. Neighbors have cleaned several of these already but this one has too much sand/debris. There is also a significant amount of sand and rocks covering the path just south of E Plaza Encantada.
Please clean these areas. Thank you

The contractors did come out and pick up many of the construction signs from this past summer's downing of power poles on Campbell but one pile of barricades and sand bags were just moved a little further off the road.
They've also left a "Road Construction Ahead" sign on N Table Mountain, just east of the intersection with N Southerland Ridge Pl (if this system allows, I'll post an image of this sign too)
Why are these contractors allowed to make a mess of our neighborhood!

Barricade company finally came to pick up all their signs but left crap behind in many places Those of us in the neighborhood are tired of cleaning up after every contractor

Is TEP ever coming back to clean up their mess? They've left unused supplies and trash all along Campbell Ave There is still a down power pole across the walking path as well as crates of supplies

Pavement is less than a year old!

Both the intersection and walking path need the sand swept/scraped off

Thick layer of gravel needs to be swept and swept off the road There's more where the walking path crosses the road near the intersection with Campbell

Has the contractor forgotten about this manhole after the paving was completed about two months ago?

Gully on east side of Campbell has formed again exposing gas line The country had filled this gully with dirt a couple years ago but that just keeps washing away

The last immediate need is street sweeping but long term the drainage needs to be addressed
