    Is there a reason 95% of the traffic lights in the city dont work properly? If you dont know what I mean or have lived on Mars for several years, cars could be traveling in the east/west lanes and the light will turn red for no reason(nobody in the north/south lanes), then the turning lanes will turn green(with nobody in the turning lanes). I travel to work at 4:30 AM and this slows down 10-15 cars. Now translate that to 4:30 PM!!!! Are you purposely creating traffic jams????
