I have reported Window Kote before for parking beyond their parking lot, where the alleyway for residents vision is blocked from oncoming traffic on 16th St. N., with cars parked on the very edge of 16th St. N. I don’t know what the result of that previous code enforcement report was. Please see some pictures with dates following that initial report, showing that no adjustments were made. Also, on 10/5/23, their lawn maintenance company was blocking the alleyway. It was later in the day, so there was ample space in their parking lot for this lawn maintenance company, where they have parked before. Now the lawn maintenance company truck was blocking the alleyway, where there was another resident sitting in the Window Kote parking lot (see picture of small SUV with headlights on) waiting to have access to the alleyway to their house.) I walked from my residence down to the end of the alleyway to say that I was trying to get out, and this other car was trying to get in. When I initially approached one of these landscapers to let him know what the problem was, he rationally said he would “let him now.” I’m not sure who “him” was, but my guess is that it was the owner/someone that works there. When I then pulled out of my residence to be able to get out, they were still there, and then proceeded to sit in the alleyway with everybody back in their truck, not moving. There is a medical building parking lot where you can see that they easily backed up and drove away through to 39th Ave., after literally taunting me to make me have to get out of my car to ask why they were not moving? I’m not understanding anyone associated with this business works. When I was forced out of my car, and ask why they were not backing up, they proceeded to turn on music really loud in their truck. This is what makes me guess that the owner of Window Kote just is blatantly inconsiderate, or upset that they were reported for something previously? The black Jeep that you see parked in the pictures is someone that either owns that business or works there. What can be done about this blocking of alleyway for residents only, and blocking residents view of oncoming traffic? It would seem like a simple fix, to myself and other residents.

Blocking oncoming traffic view for residents.: You can see the paved parking lot in these pictures this past Thursday and Friday. It is always like this, except for the weekends when the business is closed. Apparently this business has outgrown their small parking lot area. These are just a couple of days of examples. Not only do vehicles at this business park beyond their paved parking and the sidewalk, but right on the edge of 16th St. north. There is alleyway access for residents that most of these pictures were taken from. There are a lot of accidents on 38th Ave., North and 16th St. in North. Oftentimes, There is also usually some type of large vehicle parked in the grass on the exact corner of 38th Ave., North and 16th St.

This house was torn down next to a medical Center on the corner of 39th Ave., North and 16th St. N. In the alleyway between 38th Ave., North and 38th Ave., North, the bulldozer also bulldozed down wires. The wires are hanging from a utility pole close to garbage can/pick up, and another wire is hanging not far from that. Since electricity is working, I’m guessing it might be a telephone wire, but I am not sure. It certainly does not look safe.

Alleyway was micro bladed following neighbor dumping dirt abd large rocks in alleyway, so now there is again dirt/mud encroaching on my lawn. Can we please get either a gravel or a paved alleyway so there will not be any more dirt/mud on property lines? Thank you.
