    We put out a bunch of overflow orange bags, and one non-orange bag (as instructed by Friday's update stating that they would be accepted). Everything was picked up except that one non-overflow bag.

    Passport app said must pay parking until 7 pm. The meter reads 6 pm. Can someone from the Passport app make sure hours match the meters? This isn't the first time I've overpaid because either the app is incorrect or the meter won't accept physical money.
