There are several trees along the county preserved space border that hang over the 6521 Langford Ct property line. Front, side, and back yard areas. Trees are very tall and hang over the roof of the house, causing some roof, siding and deck damage during fall and winter months. Many braches have fallen due to winds and an excess of leaves collected in gutters, decking and on the roof itself. Evergreen trees on the property line of the home are scheduled to be trimmed soon, but landscapers refuse to touch county trees or do any work until county prunes their trees.

Lots of overgrown trees and foliage, causing snakes, foxes, deer and more. Also, there are two trees that lean heavily to one side (towards the culdesac). Once leaves grow in, the trees lean to one side and limbs hang low over the sidewalk. Please prune trees.
