    During Sandy, this area in the north shore was also hit hard by the storm. However, this area doesn't seem to be included in any mitigation plans the Island, city, state and federal plans to alleviate future flooding. Am I correct in my understanding? In the past, I've tried contacting your office, the mayor, councilman, assemblyman and congressman but no response on the topic. Please let me know if this area is in scope for your plans.
